Hotel ibis Lisboa Alfragide

Fabulous breakfast. Absolutely fantaatic, all you could name - they have it. A sunny terrace in green environment. My business meetings were 2 bus stops away and the bus 750 ua just outside the hotel. The airport is about 15 minutes' drive. A jukebox, books and magazines in the dining area, computer available... Vending machines with snacks and drinks.

Simple breakfast. We are not big eaters, so it was fine, but maybe have a bit more on offer. Reception staff were friendly. Some staff from house keeping were attached to their phones. We wished them without a reply from them. However, the lady who took care of our room all the days we were there was lovely.

Clean and comfy room and great location. Also the staff is warm and welcoming.

There are cheaper hotels. There are spotless rooms elsewhere, I'm sure. However, The Assistant Manager -Nelson is second to none. Where there were failings or little issues per se, he made it more than bearable. His professionalism, service, care and duty were 20/10. I'll go back and recommend the Hotel to others, as long as I know he's still working there.

It was an Ibis property and it was clean, simple, and met my expectations. The breakfast buffet was quite good. The location is a bit remote from downtown Lisboa, but the Uber rides were not very expensive, so even that was okay.
